Shipments and delivery date

Internet orders:

We inform our clients that every order received by e-mail is confirmed immediately by e-mail with the details of your order. In the event that a confirmation email does not arrive within 15 minutes, please check that you have correctly provided the correct email address, and also check the contents of your SPAM or OFFERS folder in your email. We are working to ensure that the order is processed as soon as possible. If an order is placed between 9am and 3pm, the order will be processed on the same business day if all ordered products are in stock. In this case, you will usually receive the products ordered the next business day and orders placed on Sundays and holidays the first business day after the day of placing the order.

Telephone orders:

If you place an order by phone between 9am and 3pm, the order is carried out on the same business day if all ordered products are in stock. In this case, you will usually receive the products ordered the next business day. Purchases made after 3pm will be made first the next day.

The parcel will reach you via courier DHL, GLS, DPD ensuring safe and fast delivery.

Our office is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00.

Foreign orders: If you place an online or telephone order from abroad, the rates of shipments will be different than those described in the order form. In order to make a payment, including the cost of international delivery, we will contact you. The cost of international shipment depends on the size and weight of the shipment and for each country must be determined individually. Foreign shipping costs are always borne entirely by the customer.

You can pay for the ordered goods by card or by bank transfer.

Most goods are shipped within 24 hours.
