The containers are designed for the collection of solid, hazardous medical waste, e.g. needles, intravenous cannulas, syringes, disposable gloves, etc.
They enable safe storage, transport and disposal of medical waste, ensuring safety in terms of hygiene and sanitary standards as well as mechanical safety.
The containers are available in red and yellow with capacities: 0.2l (container for used needles); 0.7l; 1l; 2l; 3.5l; 5l; 10l; 20l.

Properties:
- Disposable containers for the collection of solid hazardous medical waste.
- Once 2/3 full and closed, the container is handed over for disposal in its entirety.
- The containers for medical waste are certified by PZH.
- Made of polypropylene plastic.
- Puncture-resistant.
- Tight two-stage closure for safe waste collection.
- Components: can with throw-in opening (capacity 0.2l - 2l) or bucket, lid with cap to close the throw-in opening, handle (capacity 3.5l - 20l).
- Containers with a capacity of: 1l, 2l, 3.5l, 10l and 20l are shaped like buckets with a round base, and the 0.2l and 0.7l volumes with an oval base.
- They come in yellow (0.7l, 1l, 2l, 3.5l, 5l, 10l) or red (0.2l, 0.7l, 1l, 2l, 3.5l, 5l, 10l and 20l) depending on the type of waste collected.
- The yellow containers are equipped with red lids (0.7l - 2l) or yellow lids with a red cap with a throw-in opening (3.5l - 10l).
- They are supplied with a label bearing the international warning symbol and instructions for use.
- The inlet opening is up to 90mm in diameter for 1 to 10 litres and 120mm for 20 litres.
- The opening diameter for the 0.7 litre container is 40mm, with cut-outs to allow separation of the needle from the syringe.
