Gradia Direct is a microparticle, light-curing hybrid composite for aesthetic restorations in all classes of cavities.
The material is available in syringes in 22 shades for anterior teeth (description of shades to follow).
The Gradia Direct system has special shades for posterior teeth (designation P - Posterior), which differ in consistency:
- Gradia Direct Anterior - easy to polish and guarantees a glossy surface.
- Gradia Direct Posterior - high resistance to cracking and reduced polymerisation shrinkage.

Gradia Direct Anterior is available in 22 shades in three translucency levels:
- Standard shades:
XBW (Extra Bleach White), BW (Bleach White), A1, A2, A3, A3.5, A4, B1, B2, B3, C3, CV (Cervical), CVD (Cervical Dark).
- Inside (opaque) shades:
AO2, AO3, AO4.
- Outside (translucent) shades:
DT (Dark), CT (Clear), GT (Gray), NT (Natural), WT (White), CVT (Cervical).
Gradia Direct Posterior is available in 6 shades in two translucency levels:
- Standard shades:
P-A1, P-A2, P-A3, P-A3.5.
- Outside (translucent) shades:
P-WT (Posterior White), P-NT (Posterior Natural).

Indications:
Gradia Direct ANTERIOR:
- Direct restorative for Class III, IV, V cavities.
- Direct restorative for wedge-shaped defects and root surface cavities.
- Direct restorative for veneers and diastema closure.
Gradia Direct POSTERIOR:
- Direct restorative for Class I and II cavities.
- Cases where contrast is required on X-rays.
