GC Gradia Core

Gradia Core is a self-etching dual-curing bonding system using a simplified one-step application.

It is used for inlays and crown restorations and contains 75% densified fillers, giving the material high strength and fracture resistance - the modulus of elasticity of the material is similar to dentin.

It allows tooth tissue-sparing preparation and, thanks to the very small extension tips, the material can be accurately applied and used sparingly.

The highly effective pre-curing means that the finishing stage can start as early as 5 minutes after application.

Properties:

- During insertion of the post into the root canal, Gradia Core becomes more fluid, ensuring good adaptation. During root canal reconstruction, it retains its shape.

- It also binds effectively in self-curing mode. It can be used in the bulk method without limiting layer thickness.

- Provides a solid foundation for long-lasting indirect restorations with excellent mechanical properties, irrespective of the curing mode.

- During preparation, it behaves in a similar way to dentin which facilitates its shaping with the bur and ensures a smooth transition and clean, precise marginal edges.

- It is sufficiently impermeable to X-rays to facilitate clinical evaluation. The modulus of elasticity is similar to dentin to reduce stress formation.
