- pressing and shaking the Top Frost bag initiates an internal reaction between the water bubble and the azotic salt compound. As result, an endothermic reaction is created dropping the temperature down to –5°C.

Method of use:
1. Press the bag with both hands to release the internal water bubble and initiate the reaction between the water bubble and the azotic salt compound.
2. Shake the bag to achieve maximum cooling, mixing the contents of the bag and triggering an endothermic reaction that lowers the temperature to -5°C.
3. Apply compress to the site of injury.
4. The effective duration of the cooling bag is 20-40 minutes.
